Hey plant lovers!
Just a reminder that there is 1 week left to submit your survey. So far I've had 88% of all submissions, which is great for the first week, but I'd love to get it over 90% before I lock surveys!
If you haven't received a survey yet, it is because your payment did not go through.
How to fix your failed/errored payment
It may seem obvious that you can just add money to your account or notify your bank that the payment is valid and wait for BackerKit to try charging your card again. Unfortunately, that does not work.
You have to manually go into your order for the campaign and re-enter your card information, even if all the information is the same. This is a quirk of BackerKit's payment system that I discovered myself when I had failed payments that weren't going through even after I fixed my card issues.
So if you're having trouble with your payment processing, please go into your order for Bottled Botanicals and re-enter your card information manually.

Just a quick heads up that all surveys have now been sent! Please check your inbox for the link and fill it out as soon as possible. The quicker backers fill out their surveys, the quicker I can move on to ordering the pins, so please fill out your surveys sooner to prevent delays.

I'm experimenting with a shorter survey turnaround time in an attempt to speed up fulfillment. With that said:
👉The deadline to fill out your survey is Tuesday, September 15th.
That gives you 2 weeks to submit your survey before I start compiling counts and ordering products. On the 15th, I will lock submitted surveys so I can start getting counts.
You can still submit your survey after this deadline, but please keep in mind that your order may not be included in my item counts.
🌿 Pay Over Time Backers
As usual, Pay Over Time backers are exempt from this timeline. You'll receive your survey after you pay in full. I believe there's only one of you this time around, so if you are reading this and you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an email at

Hey plant lovers!
I wanted to give you guys a heads up that I will be starting the process of sending out surveys starting next week on Monday, Aug. 31.
🌿 Smoke Tests
The first round that will go out Monday will be the "smoke test". For those of you who don't know, this means about 5% of backers in each pledge level will receive the survey first to make sure there are no errors in the survey process.
Please keep an eye out on Monday in case you are one of the random people who receive a smoke test survey and fill it out promptly so I can catch any potential problems.
🌿 All surveys
After the smoke test is complete, as long as everything goes according to plan, I will send out the rest of the surveys no later than Tuesday, Sept. 1.
Please fill out your survey promptly once you receive it! Filling out your survey as soon as possible will make it less likely for delays in the shipping timeline to occur.
A friendly reminder that if you don't fill out your survey, I can't send your rewards. So please don't forget!

Hello once again, plant lovers!
We did it! 🎉 Thanks so much for the support on this little campaign, I'm so happy I get to make these pins for you all! We ended the campaign just shy of 9k which is honestly a lot more than I expected from this project, and I'm stoked with how well it went, so really, thank you all so much 💖
Let's talk about what's next!
🌿 Card payments
Over the day or so, BackerKit will be charging backers' cards. Please make sure your card info is up-to-date and that you have the funds ready to go, otherwise your card will get declined and I won't be able to send your rewards.
If your payment fails, you'll have 1 week to fix it through the main BackerKit website. If you do not fix it by then, you will have to fix it through your survey.
Even if you're sure that your payment went through, please double check by clicking your avatar image in the top right corner of the BackerKit website and clicking "Your Pledges & Surveys" and checking your payment status for this campaign there. Thanks! 💖
🌿 Surveys
Over the next few weeks, I will be working to put together the campaign survey for backers to fill out. On the survey, you will choose which pins you want to receive with your pledge level reward, as well as have the option to add more items to your order.
You will also submit your shipping address through the survey so I know where to send your items once I ship out rewards.
Surveys are mandatory! If you don't fill out your survey, I quite literally cannot ship you your rewards, so please remember to fill it out promptly once you receive it.
I will send out multiple updates once surveys are distributed, so don't worry about missing it - you'll get plenty of reminders!

Lens Cloth unlocked!

Hey plant lovers!!
Good news - the final lens cloth stretch goal was unlocked just in the nick of time with less than a day left to go on the campaign!
The lens cloth will now be included for free with the Plant Hoarder (All-In) tier, and is now available as an add-on in the add-ons section. You'll also be able to add it to your order on the survey.
